Visiting Our Melbourne Office (HQ)

Here’s all the information you need to plan ahead and make your visit more enjoyable!

Important note for visitors in September 2026
Our building is currently undergoing renovations to the front entrance, lobby and suites on the Ground Floor and Level 1.
During this time, visitors may experience construction noise, temporary obstacles and reduced lighting in some areas.
Please take extra care when entering and exiting the building, particularly in the lobby where lighting may be limited.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these works are underway.

Aintree Group HQ is located in Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs, within the City of Boroondara.

Visitors can enjoy convenient access to ample street parking, public transport, restaurants, cafés and a wide range of amenities in the nearby Camberwell Junction precinct.

Getting Here

Parking

Time-limited street parking is available nearby along Rose Street, Redfern Road, Camberwell Road, and Monteath Avenue. Please refer to parking signs for limits and costs.

The paid all-day parking lot on Rose Street is available from 8:00am – 6:00pm. There is a ticket machine on-site, but payment can also be processed via the PayStay App in Zone 31231000. Please refer to signs to ensure you are not parking in a permit-only area.

Permit-only parking is located in a carpark lot immediately behind our office on Rose Street. Please read signs and take care not to park here, as fines will apply.

The visitor drop-off area can be accessed via the driveway on Rose Street. Please note these are not long-term parking spaces are shared with other tenants, so availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access to the basement carpark requires a special permit and is reserved for building tenants only. Unfortunately, it is not available for visitor use. For Aintree Group team members, please refer to our internal parking policies for details.

Public Transport

Aintree Group HQ is easily accessible by both train and tram.

Camberwell Train Station, connected to the Lilydale, Belgrave and Alamein lines, is just a 10-minute walk away.
Tram Routes 70, 72 and 75 run through Camberwell Junction, which is a five-minute walk from our office.

Travel from Melbourne Airport

Taxi or Rideshare
Approximately 35–45 minutes from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine), depending on traffic.

Public Transport
Take the SkyBus to Southern Cross Station, then a Belgrave, Lilydale or Alamein line train to Camberwell Station. Total travel time is typically 60–75 minutes.

Accessibility & Security

When you arrive at our reception on Level 1, you will be asked to sign in through our system and will be provided with a visitor lanyard. This is a safety precaution, to make sure we know exactly who is in the building in case of an emergency.
