Sponsorship Applications

Part of upholding our values of being courageous custodians of our community includes sponsoring local charity events, athletes, artists and fundraising campaigns. This is a way we can directly and tangibly support our wider community and make a difference. 

Aintree Group offer sponsorships on a Financial Year basis. To help manage the large volume of applications we receive, we open up sponsorship applications during a specific window from 1 November to 1 February.

Applications for the 2024-25 Financial Year have now closed, and we will be in touch with all applicants shortly.

Applications will reopen for the 2025-26 Financial Year on 1 November 2024.

Types of Sponsorship:

Aintree Group are excited to be able to offer a number of different types of sponsorship. We’ve tried to make it as simple as possible for you to get a sponsorship that suits your needs, so there should be something for everyone!

1. Corporate

We provide monetary support to other businesses, organisations and community or charity events to value of up to $1000. For example, providing uniforms for local sports teams, supplies for community recreation classes, venue hire for community events or performances.

2. Fundraising

We help you fundraise for a cause close to your heart. Aintree Group provides items to be used as prizes in raffles, competitions, games or silent auctions at a designated fundraising event.

3. Individual/Team

Aintree Group will provide funds to help you with equipment, coaching or travel. This is for individuals or teams who are elite in their field, which can include performing arts, fine arts, academia and sport. 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Sponsorship applications open annually on 1 November and close on 1 February to allow us enough time to review all applications before the start of the new financial year.
  • As a small business our funds are limited, and we regret that we cannot support every application that is submitted.
  • All successful applicants will be sent a sponsorship proposal, which outlines what we expect from our sponsees, as well as what you can expect from Aintree Group.
  • Money or products donated must go to the cause specified in your application.
  • Money or products donated as part of a sponsorship cannot be pocketed by individuals or companies involved. It is for not-for-profit use only.
  • Corporate Sponsorships must be for specific, identifiable not-for-profit projects, and/or items that are essential for your community endeavour.
  • Sponsorships do not automatically renew annually. If you would like to apply to receive sponsorship again in the next financial year, please request this via our application form, which will appear above during the designated application period.
