Ensure you’re equipped to make confident, informed decisions about your Self-Managed Super Fund in the new financial year.
Aintree Group is hosting a series of exclusive lunchtime events to help clients understand the superannuation changes taking effect from 1 July 2025, and what they mean for Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).

What’s Changing?
From 1 July 2025, if your total super balance (across all your super funds) is above $3 million, you could face an extra 15% tax on the earnings related to the portion of your super that exceeds this threshold.
This is in addition to the existing tax you already pay within your fund.
These events will help you:
- Understand what Division 296 tax means for you and your Self-Managed Super Fund; including how the $3 million cap works and how the additional 15% tax is calculated and collected.
- Explore tax planning strategies to consider in response to the new rules.
- Clarify your record-keeping and reporting obligations.
- Get answers to your questions from our experts.
