Use this form to update details for an existing Company, Trust or SMSF.
  • Written consent must have been provided by the client to authorise an Aintree Group team member or other third party to complete this form and "sign" for consent on their behalf.

  • If Xero Tax is required, ensure entity is set up as a Tax Client in XPM:
    1. Select Agent
    2. Check “Prepare Tax Form” box
    3. Check “Active ATO Client” box

  • Excluding GST.
  • Once structure is set up, Compliance Administrator must notify relevant Executive Assistant.
  • This will be used to send you a completed copy of the form once it is approved by your nominated Partner.
  • Once you have completed the form, please nominate the relevant Aintree Group Partner to review and give final approval. Then click "Save and Submit for Review".
  • No review necessary, click "Approved" when form is completed.
