Shane McKenna CA
Shane started Aintree Group in 2005 with his wife, Andrea. He specialises in Tax, Strategic Financial Planning, Business and Management Consulting, Managerial Finance, Estate Planning, Succession Planning and Business Start-Up Coaching.
Shane also speaks at business training events and seminars.

Andrea is a practical, no-nonsense ideas person who specialises in Marketing Strategy, Strategic Communications, Social Media Management, Strategic Planning, Management Consultancy, Public Relations and Public Speaking.
Ashley Wignell CA
Ashley specialises in tax and business advice for a variety of industries including property, construction, manufacturing and medical.
When not at work, Ashley enjoys the constant chaos and adventure that comes with having an active family life (beautiful wife and three kids). Ashley is also a very passionate Carlton supporter.
Graham Haydar CA
Graham has over 34 years of business advisory experience. His clients respect him as being their “go-to” trusted advisor assisting them in achieving their business and personal goals.
Graham also enjoys participating in community work, travel, driving fast cars and regular exercise that assist him achieving work-life-balance.
Linda has over 10 years’ experience working in accounting firms. She loves organisation and is responsible for all the operational, IT, HR and general administration functions of the office, including accounts and debtor management, quality review and client satisfaction.
Linda enjoys Bikram Yoga and boxing to keep fit, and loves overseas travelling.
Trung Le CA
Trung has experience working in both the public and private sector in Australia, as well as international experience working and living in London and the Cayman Islands.
Outside of work Trung tries to stay fit by walking around a golf course and occasionally hitting the ball. He enjoys a good Netflix TV series and weekend trips away with the family.
Nadia Bakri CA
Nadia is a proactive Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience. She joined Aintree Group as a manager in February 2020 after spending a year working in London and travelling on weekends.
Nadia specialises in supporting family-owned businesses with their specific individual needs, both business and personal. She is passionate about her clients and thrives on actively supporting her clients through their journey.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys staying fit, eating home-cooked meals, listening to audio books and travelling overseas regularly
Teagan Thomas CPA
Teagan loves working with numbers and developing new relationships with clients.
She enjoys keeping active through running and tennis and regularly competes in fun runs.
Kat Chan CA
Katherine is a Chartered Accountant, and specialises in the preparation of tax returns for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies.
She enjoys exploring various forms of arts and crafts, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.
Joseph Colaciello CA
Joseph looks after accounting and tax matters for clients.
In his spare time he enjoys playing and watching sports, catching up with friends, and travelling.
Daniel Piciocco CA
Daniel takes care of accounting and tax matters. He is passionate about seeing businesses flourish, and enjoys working with clients to grow their dream business from the ground up and see it come to life. He also helps organise team social events and lunches.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys catching up with friends, following and playing his favourite sports, and most importantly spending money on good food.
Whitney Nguyen CPA
Whitney specialises in the preparation of tax returns for Trusts, Companies, Sole Traders and Partnership. She is a Xero wiz, loves to be organised and has a can-do attitude.
When not in the office, Whitney enjoys practicing yoga and pilates, going to musical productions and spending her weekends exploring Melbourne parks and nature attractions. Being a self-confessed foodie, she loves being in Camberwell and exploring new cafes and restaurants.
Hannah Trinh CPA
Hannah specialises in the preparation of tax returns and takes a special interest in looking after clients and doing research on tax-related matters.
She considers podcasts, books and writing as her favourite pastimes, and regular exercise is a must to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
Luke is enjoys analysing numbers to assist his clients with identifying growth opportunities. He is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant.
In his spare time, Luke loves cooking (with a particular interest in American-style barbecue), and spending time with his fiancé, family, friends and his King Charles Spaniel – Albert. He is also a passionate Bulldogs supporter.
Daniel joined Aintree Group in 2020. He assists our team with accounting and tax matters.
Anne Burridge CA
Anne is a Chartered Accountant and specialises in superannuation. Her role includes preparing financial statements and returns for Self Managed Super Fund clients, and ensuring they are compliant. She also liaises with the ATO, auditors and other third parties.
Anne has been with Aintree Group for over 10 years.
Lorena has over 20 years experience in the Bookkeeping industry, and celebrated her 10th year at Aintree Group in 2019.
She can assist you with all your bookkeeping needs, including BAS preparation, payroll services and data entry.
Lorena is a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioner Board and has a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. She is also Xero Advisor certified, and an expert in MYOB and Banklink.
In her spare time, Lorena enjoys travelling and reading.
Joe can assist you with all your bookkeeping needs including BAS preparation, payroll services and data entry. He is Xero Advisor certified, and is also an expert in MYOB, Banklink, Reckon and Cash Flow Manager.
Joe comes from a big Italian family. He loves food, coffee, traveling and music, but most of all his cats.
Sue is Xero Advisor, Payroll and App Advisory Service Certified, and a Certified Migration Specialist. She is also qualified in Credit Management.
Her specialisations include accounting and consulting services, managing customer relations with Government programs and services, and bookkeeping for Wholesale businesses.
Before joining Aintree Group, Sue ran her own small business and consulted to many start-ups. She has many years experience across Credit Management, Software Support and Small Business Mentoring.
She is passionate about customer service. Sue also enjoys oil painting, floristry and her veggie garden.
Felicity joined Aintree Group in 2020. She is Xero Certified and can look after all your bookkeeping needs, including BAS preparation, payroll services and data entry.
Outside work Felicity enjoys riding her horses, and she regularly competes on the weekend.
Client Service Coordinator
Simone is one of the first points of contact for our business. She takes care of Docusign, internal processes and assists with superannuation administration.
On weekends Simone enjoys watching and playing sports (specifically netball and footy), catching up with friends, and reading.
Client Service Coordinator
Cass takes care of administration tasks and internal operations and is one of the first points of contact for our business.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to musical productions and following the tennis. She also enjoys practicing her pilates and ballet.
Client Service Assistant
Sophie assists our administration team and works part time at Aintree Group while studying at University.
She is a Youth Ambassador for Big Group Hug, and assists with our involvement in fundraisers in support of the cause.
Executive Assistant to Shane McKenna
Jenny is the first point of contact when getting in touch with Shane. Her role includes liaising with clients, managing meetings, and taking care of business-to-business communication.
She likes to maintain a well balanced lifestyle and enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with her family.
Team Executive Assistant
Philippa’s role includes assisting our management team with meetings and correspondence.
She enjoys going to the gym, walking her dog, catching up with friends and family, travelling, and going to concerts, musicals and comedy shows. Philippa is on the Committee for the Alice Springs Beanie Festival. She is also a Carlton supporter.
Jo takes care of compliance matters relating to the ATO, ASIC and other regulatory bodies.

She is also a passionate St Kilda supporter.
Communications, Events & Marketing Coordinator
Chelsea is responsible for managing digital marketing for both Aintree Group and Plant: Grow: Reap. You can also contact her regarding all our events, networking opportunities, internships and sponsorships.
In her spare time, Chelsea is a dance teacher and performer with Bindaas Bollywood Dance Company.
Josh joined our team in 2020, and will be working part time at Aintree Group while studying Commerce at University of Melbourne.
In his spare time he loves exercising at home and watching movies
Alice is currently studying Commerce and Law at Monash University while working at Aintree Group part time. She joined our team in 2021.
A note on culture
We’re big advocates for goal setting, and so having accurate metrics and meaurable KPIs is important to us. Therefore it makes sense that we engaged with The Workability Index to quantify our workplace culture according to their standardised tests.
We were certified with a “High” Workability Index Score in 2019, and it’s important to us that we improve on that score each year.
