New Client Form 1 – Pre-Engagement Form

Partners and/or Managers should fill this form out in a meeting with the new client.
This form captures important onboarding information we need to create the Engagement Proposal.

  • We need to verify identities for all individuals we will complete work for.
  • Client Verification – Main Contact

  • Verify client identity as per the Visual ATO verification method (click here to read more).

    Ask client to produce a copy of one of the following documents, and verify that the name on the document matches the details they have provided above.

    If this box is ticked, client will be required to show a copy of one of the above documents either in person or via video call. Verification details will then need to be filled out in client’s HubSpot Contact Properties.
  • Additional Client Verification – Second Individual

  • List of services available to the client. Please tick all that apply.

    Numbers in brackets refer to the corresponding pre-written “Snippet” template to use when building a Quote/Engagement Proposal in HubSpot. If there is no Snippet number provided, the Partner will need to provide details for the Scope of Work.

  • Please select services that apply to this new client.
  • Number of employees is required for Payroll Services clients.
  • Payroll cycle information is required for Payroll clients.
  • Any additional work not included in set list.
  • Agreed number of meetings per year with the client and their Aintree Group Partner and/or Manager.
  • All company directors must have a Director ID Number. If you do not have one please contact us ASAP about setting on up.

  • This applies to the main contact email address listed above.
  • The default is to subscribe to all newsletter types. Please untick any that the client does not wish to be subscribed to.
  • There will be another opportunity to subscribe additional contacts (partners, children etc) in New Client Form 2 if you do not have their details available now.
  • The Communications, Events & Marketing Coordinator will receive a notification to add these contacts to the mailing list in HubSpot.

  • Calculate using the FPA Calculator Spreadsheet saved in FYI Knowledge (link still to be added).
  • Welcome gift recommended for clients with a quote above $15,000.
