New Payment Surcharge for Card Transactions: Effective 1 July 2025 For Aintree Group Accounting Clients

Starting 1 July 2025, a 1.5% card processing surcharge will apply to payments made via credit or debit card through Ignition for our accounting services.

This change reflects the rising cost of secure and convenient payment processing methods, which are a key part of the service we provide. We want to ensure transparency around any fees and surcharges, and this update aligns with our ongoing commitment to being courageous custodians of our community. 

To avoid the card surcharge, you’re welcome to use alternative payment methods, such as direct bank transfer. You can choose your preferred payment method directly in Ignition when accepting your Annual Service Agreement.
