Brought to you by Aintree Group
As part of our commitment to be courageous custodians of our community, we wanted to cultivate a space where women in workplaces felt empowered, understood, and supported at all stages in their career – and so Her Success Hub was born.
While this space has been created with the experiences of women in mind, we invite everyone to be part of the conversation and enjoy the benefits of the resources provided here.
We further wish to acknowledge that many people who do not identify as female also face significant challenges and roadblocks in their careers, feel imposter syndrome, and fight against discrimination – particularly our friends in the Indigenous, POC, LGBTQIA+ and disabled communities, and we hold space for their experiences too.
