Fixed Price Agreement Payment Options

Please read the payment options below, fill in your company details, select your payment preference, and click “Confirm” to complete the webform.

Once this form is compeleted, you will be prompted to return to your Engagement Proposal to sign and accept.

Option 1 – Pay in Full and Receive 3% Discount
If you choose pay in full before 1 July 2022 you will receive a 3% discount. If you wish to prepay and take advantage of the 3% discount and do not accept the proposal before 11:59pm 29 June 2022, we cannot guarantee that an invoice will be sent to you to make payment by 5:00pm 30 June 2022.
If you select this option we will forward you an invoice for payment after you have signed and accepted your Engagement Proposal.

Option 2 – Pay by Monthly Instalments via Direct Debit
If you choose to pay in monthly instalments via Direct Debit the 3% discount will not apply.
If you select this option, we will forward a Payment Authorisation Form for you to complete after you have signed and accepted your Engagement Proposal. If you have an existing ongoing Payment Authorisation Form with us, you will not need to complete another one.

Once you click "Confirm Preference" below, and then sign and accept your Engagement Proposal, you will be sent an invoice in the coming days to make payment.
If you wish to prepay and take advantage of the 3% discount and do not accept the proposal before 11:59pm 29 June 2022, we cannot guarantee that an invoice will be sent to you to make payment by 5:00pm 30 June 2022.
