You can either pick and choose what you need help with or let us take everything off your hands so you can focus on running your business.  We have clients who we simply lodge BAS for, and we have clients whose bank accounts we operate fully – and everything in between.    

All our Bookkeepers are also Xero Advisor Certified, and have additional Xero certifications in the following areas: Payroll, Software Migration, Retail & eCommerce, Professional Services and Trade & Construction – so you know you’re in qualified hands! 

How we can help…

Day to Day Management

We will process your accounts from your bank statements, invoices and bills, making sure you’re up to date at all times. We will compare your records with what actually goes through the bank, and pick up any issues as they arise.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

We will let you know what you have to pay and how much you are owed. We’ll keep track of the people that owe you money and help you to get paid on time.
Many of our Premium clients trust us to prepare payments to suppliers, in line with your budget and their trading terms, to ensure continuing supply and great relationships.

Payroll & Superannuation Services

We will look after your payroll and super so your employees are paid the right amount and on time. We will ensure your STP deadlines are met, your PAYG Withholding tax reported, and take care of your Payroll Tax and Workers’ Compensation Insurance obligations.

Management Reporting

Our clients know that the management reports they receive are an accurate reflection of their accounts and can make sound business decisions accordingly.  Your accountant receives a copy as well, so you have a team looking out for any “red flag” items that can be addressed as they happen – not months later when your tax returns are prepared. 
Reports are generally prepared monthly or quarterly – but talk to us about your specific needs. 

BAS & IAS Lodgement

Our bookkeepers prepare all types of activity statements, and by lodging through us you can enjoy a 4 week lodgement extension on Quarterly BAS.  We’ll explain what you need to know, and can guide you through applying for payment plans via our ATO specialist team. 

Cash Flow Management

We’re really passionate about helping clients with their financial goals, and optimising cash flow is a key way to achieve that. We can use real-time data to see how you’re tracking, and be your accountability partner in achieving targets.

Bookkeeping Software Training

As a paperless firm we do need our bookkeeping clients to be on the same (metaphorical) page as us. We utilise electronic bookkeeping apps like Xero and Hubdoc and we like our clients to do the same. However, we don’t just throw you in the deep end – we offer training and support for all our bookkeeping software. If you’re new to bookkeeping, then we can offer training in that too.

Our Bookkeeping Team is dedicated to taking care of your books so you can focus on other areas of the business.

All our Bookkeepers  keep their Xero Advisor Certifications up to date and are also CIP Cloud Integration Partners. The team has lots of experience with cloud-based software such as Xero, MYOB, Banklink, Reckon, Cash Flow Manager and Hubdoc.

You’ll be surprised how many add-on products we are familiar with, including payroll, inventory, and POS specific packages.
