Looking for somewhere to hold your next client meeting or corporate event?

At Aintree Group HQ, we have several modern and spacious meeting and event rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which we are happy to share!

Our meeting rooms are available for clients, community members, small businesses, and not-for-profits looking for a professional setting to host events.

Whether you need a venue for round table discussions, networking events, seminars, workshops, or corporate presentations, we’ve got you covered. We have difference sizes to suit different ’ll tailor the room setup to suit your needs, ensuring a seamless and productive experience.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Camberwell Junction shopping precinct, offering easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, delis, retailers, cinemas, public transport and other amenities.

There is ample parking available nearby, and the entire indoor space is wheelchair accessible.

Please note, pricing is for use of Waratah or Academy meeting rooms only, additional facilities such as the Lounge and the Deck will be priced on request. Pricing can be negotiated for not-for-profit organisations upon enquiry.
- 2 Hours – $150 + GST
- 5 Hours – $300 + GST
- 8 Hours – $500 + GST

Please include allowed time for set up and pack up. Please note we cannot guarantee room availability outside of our office hours, and may charge an additional fee if a team member is required to arrive before or stay after business hours.

An Aintree Group team member will be on-hand at the beginning of your set up time to show you where to access bathrooms and kitchen facilities, and how to connect to Wi-Fi and smart screens where relevant. They will also assist with moving tables and cleaning after the event. Please indicate if you require assistance beyond that and be as specific as possible about what you require help with.

Please note that renovations are currently taking place at the entrance of our building at 8 Redfern Road.

During this time, access to the building will be via the side entrance off the parking and drop-off area, rather than the front sliding doors. This temporary entrance is signed. Please take care when entering and exiting.
