“Alex” wanted to protect a property that was held in their personal name, which left them exposed to risk and potential future tax liabilities. The challenge was to move the asset into a safer structure without triggering unnecessary costs.

The challenge was to manage immediate cash flow pressure while stopping penalties from spiralling further.
By drawing on our tax and legal expertise, we negotiated a realistic payment plan with the ATO and prepared a strong submission that secured an $82,000 remission in interest charges.
